Application Procedures
Interested
businesses are required to complete an application to be considered
for admission into Incubator AMERICA!. Applications may be submitted
via mail, e-mail or fax.
All
applications must provide the following information:
Business
Name
Primary Address
Telephone/FAX
E-mail address
URL (Internet Address)
Company Ownership (Principal Officers)
- Names/Titles
- Ownership % for each principal
Company
Information
- Country of Establishment
- Date Established
- Current Revenue
- Number of Employees (full-time and part-time)
- Types of Activities Planned for the US Operation
Space
Requirements
- Approximate date you desire to occupy the space
- Number of individuals to initially occupy space
Other
Application Requirements
- Include a resume or bio for each of the company's principal on-site
personnel
- Attach a brief business plan or a description of the company including
information about the type of business in which the company is engaged,
current status and future operating plans.
- Attach a current financial statement with projections supported by
explanations for the projections.

Once
the application is received, an advisory board will review the submission.
Applicants can expect to receive a response regarding their application
within three weeks of submission. If admission is approved, the company
will be contacted to make leasing arrangements and prepare the company
for its move to Incubator AMERICA!. Occupancy may be delayed if the
incubator has achieved full capacity.
